Sand Harbor to Bonsai Rock
The best seat on the lake is transparent
The east shore is where Lake Tahoe feels most untouched: turquoise shallows, sculpted granite, pine-covered slopes, and a clear view into the world beneath your kayak.
Your guide sets an easy pace from Sand Harbor toward Bonsai Rock, shares the shoreline’s story, helps with technique, and makes sure you leave with photos that feel as memorable as the view.
Look down through the clear hull at submerged boulders and shifting blue-green water.
Look out across the Sierra skyline and Tahoe’s undeveloped shoreline.
Stay present while your guide handles safety, route, access, and photos.
